In addition to the formal conference sessions, there will be visits to the
Alpine Department of the Royal Botanic Garden and the Scottish Rock Garden
Club’s Edinburgh show. A programme of events for partners
will be available.
The seminar will be held at the King Robert Hotel, a three-star hotel with 53
bedrooms in Stirling.
Accommodation for those staying at the hotel will be in twin, double or
single rooms.
The cost of attending the conference as a residential delegate, includes 4
nights bed and full-board and the visit to Edinburgh. This will be £310 per
person, if sharing twin-rooms. There will be a single room supplement of £60.
Delegates are welcome to bring partners on the same basis.
Delegates are also welcomed on a day-basis. The daily charge will be £30, to
include lunch, but not dinner.
Costs shown above do not include alcoholic beverages or other similar costs
which are down to the delegate to pay.
